Colin Gerstein, Chief Executive Officer
Colin Gerstein has a diverse business strategy, consultancy and marketing background, bringing over 25 years of Boardroom experience to QPS Group Plc through his involvement with L’Ultima Designer Collection, IB Diffusion Inc and as Managing Director of Overseas Partners Ltd and Host Services Ltd. Colin was a founding Director of Qualitas People Solutions, the Dublin and Edinburgh based professional services recruitment business acquired by QPS Group Plc in September 2007. Colin was appointed Chief Executive in October 2007 and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategy of the business.

His dynamic leadership has enabled him to start-up, build and restructure businesses in London and the Home Counties across the diverse sectors within Professional Services recruitment. With strong leadership and coaching skills gained at Michael Page and Huntress, he has a proven record of maximising the potential of his senior management and their teams, and the ability to inspire them to achieve exceptional results.
